QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as a practitioner in the special education field required. Minimum Requirements: Master’s Degree in Education; PA Special Education Supervisory Certification; strong interpersonal and leadership skills along with good-decision making and technical skills; knowledge of state/federal special education laws and regulations; three to five years of Special Education supervisory experience preferred; and at least three to five years of teaching experience in Special Education required.
