This message is for all students signed up for the PSAT at MTHS on Saturday, October 13th. Please read this e-mail in its entirety to ensure you are prepared for test day.
Doors will open at 7:10 a.m. Students will check in and then report immediately to their testing rooms. Testing will begin promptly at 7:30 a.m. Any student not in their room at 7:30 a.m. will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
DROP-OFF AND PARKING
Due to construction on our property, pick-up, drop-off, and parking will all happen in the back of the school at Entrance C6. There will be signs directing everyone to the entrance. Students who are driving themselves should plan to park in the Band Lot. Parents dropping students off can do so at the C6 entrance. Once students enter the school, they will be directed to the main lobby for check-in.
Students need to bring the following materials with them: Student ID or Driver’s License, #2 pencils (not mechanical), scientific or graphing calculator, water bottle and/or small snack. NO CELLPHONES OR BACKPACKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE TESTING ROOM. Students should leave their phones and/or bags at home; there will be no place for them to be monitored during the test.
Testing will conclude by 11:15 a.m. Parents picking up students should plan to be here by 11:00 a.m. and should park in the Band Lot. Students taking the PSAT with extended time will be done by 12:45 p.m. Parents should plan to be here by 12:30 p.m.
