PIAA Physicals for Spring sports are due by Monday February 13, 2023
If you are a fall or winter athlete with a PIAA physical already submitted, you will need to submit Section 8 by this due date (but not before January 23rd)
If scanning and emailing the PIAA Physical, it should be sent as one .pdf attachment to GaisseJi@mtwp.net. Please do not send pictures. The physical must have occurred June 1, 2022, or later for the 2022-2023 school year.

How to scan documents on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
You can use the Notes app to scan documents and add signatures on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Scan a document
- Open Notes and select a note or create a new one.
- Tap the Camera button
, then tap Scan Documents 
. - Place your document in view of the camera.
- If your device is in Auto mode, your document will automatically scan. If you need to manually capture a scan, tap the Shutter button
or one of the Volume buttons. Then drag the corners to adjust the scan to fit the page, then tap Keep Scan. - Tap Save or add additional scans to the document.
How to scan documents on your Android
- Open the Google Drive app .
- In the bottom right, tap Add .
- Tap Scan .
- Take a photo of the document you’d like to scan. Adjust scan area: Tap Crop . Take photo again: Tap Re-scan current page . Scan another page: Tap Add .
- To save the finished document, tap Done .
