Nitrauer Elementary Update: Phase 1 Architectural Services Presentation

Manheim Township School District continues to share information and updates related to the future of Nitrauer Elementary School.

At the January 8, 2026 Facilities Committee Meeting, RLPS Architects presented an overview of Phase 1 Architectural Services for Nitrauer Elementary School. This presentation focused on the early planning and evaluation work associated with the project, including:

• Review of the existing building and site

• Assessment of current conditions and building systems

• Overview of the Phase 1 feasibility process

• Discussion of next steps in the planning timeline

The presentation was shared with the Facilities Committee to support informed discussion and future decision-making related to the Nitrauer Elementary project.
