Nitrauer Elementary Update

The Manheim Township School District is committed to keeping our community informed as we plan for the future of Nitrauer Elementary School. During the February 5, 2026 Facilities Committee Meeting, representatives from RLPS Architects presented information and preliminary recommendations related to Phase II planning.

What Was Discussed

RLPS Architects provided an overview and discussion focused on the following areas:

  • Options for the future of Nitrauer Elementary
  • Schedules and potential timelines
  • Evaluation and cost considerations
  • Recommendations based on current analysis

Next Steps & Key Dates

The Facilities Committee and Board of School Directors will continue discussions and take action according to the following timeline:

  • February 5, 2026 – Facilities Committee Meeting: Options, cost estimates, and recommendations presented
  • February 12, 2026 – Board Meeting: Presentation of Nitrauer Phase II contract
  • February 19, 2026 – Board Meeting: Approval of Nitrauer Phase II contract
